
The Digital Intellect — Client Intelligence Platform

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Client Intelligence Platform (“Platform”) operated by The Digital Intellect LLC (“Company”). By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. AUTHORIZED USE
The Platform is exclusively available to current employees and contractors of The Digital Intellect who have been granted access by an authorized administrator. Unauthorized access is prohibited and may result in legal action.
2. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users may use the Platform to:
– Monitor and analyze the performance of The Digital Intellect’s managed client accounts.
– Generate reports, health scores, and strategic insights for internal use.
– Interact with the AI assistant to support account management and decision-making.
– Review meeting transcript sentiment and commitment tracking data.
3. PROHIBITED USE
Users may not:
a. Share login credentials or provide Platform access to unauthorized individuals.
b. Use the Platform for personal projects, competitive research, or any purpose unrelated to The Digital Intellect’s operations.
c. Attempt to access data belonging to client accounts not assigned to them without explicit authorization.
d. Introduce malicious code, bots, or scripts into the Platform environment.
e. Scrape, bulk-export, or systematically copy Platform data without administrative approval.
f. Take any action that disrupts Platform availability or degrades performance for other users.
4. AI ASSISTANT USE
The AI assistant embedded in the Platform is a decision-support tool. Users acknowledge that:
a. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
b. Outputs should be reviewed and validated before use in client-facing communications or strategic decisions.
c. The AI operates on data available within the Platform; it does not have access to real-time external data unless explicitly integrated.
d. Sensitive PII (personal phone numbers, personal emails, private client communications outside of integrated sources) should not be submitted as AI queries.
5. DATA HANDLING RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for:
a. Maintaining the confidentiality of all client data accessed through the Platform.
b. Following The Digital Intellect’s internal data handling policies.
c. Reporting anomalies, unexpected data, or suspected security issues to the Director of Technology Enablement promptly.
6. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and infrastructure events may cause temporary unavailability. Downtime does not entitle users to any compensation or alternative access.
7. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are responsible for:
– Keeping their credentials secure and confidential.
– Logging out of sessions on shared or unsecured devices.
– Notifying the Director of Technology Enablement if they suspect unauthorized access to their account.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All outputs, reports, dashboards, and insights generated by the Platform are the property of The Digital Intellect LLC. Users may not use Platform outputs for personal or commercial purposes, publish them externally, or share them with third parties without written authorization.
9. ENFORCEMENT AND VIOLATIONS
Violations of these Terms may result in:
a. Immediate suspension or revocation of Platform access.
b. Disciplinary action in accordance with company HR policy.
c. Legal action where applicable.
10. MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via internal communication channels. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
